terms and conditions
booking
First of all, send us all the details of your group (number of people and arrival date), then pay the required (25 %) deposit. By booking with Center Apartments, it is considered that you and all members of your group accepted all these terms and conditions. (It is your responsibility to give all members of your group a line on the following terms and conditions.) Your contract with us comes into existence when we send you a confirmation e-mail that verifies the receipt of your deposit.
deposit
Payment has to be done by one person, individual payments are not possible. For a valid booking 25 % of the total cost is required. Please take into consideration that not paying the deposit in time may cause difficulties in booking your accommodation.
final payment
It is your decision to pay the outstanding balance by transferring the money to our bank account or paying by cash on arrival. If you choose the second version, it is your responsibility to collect the outstanding balance from the members of your group in advance and give the entire amount in one currency (either in EUR, GBP or in Hungarian Forint) to our representative on the first day of your trip. Paying individually is not possible. Please note that if you choose to pay in HUF, all the calculations we make is based on the current exchange rate of the Hungarian National Bank.
pricing
After you booked accommodation with us, we calculate a total price for your stay that is considered as a final amount that we don't change, only in case of major currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to make changes in the prices before your reservation is accepted.
changes made by you
Until we confirm your booking, you can make any changes free. In case of any changes, we calculate on the current prices that may differ from the originally set amount. Please note that changing last minute may cause difficulties in booking your accommodation. Therefore, if you find the change necessary, please try to do it some weeks before your arrival.
cancellation by you
You are free to cancel your reservation at any time, but once your booking is confirmed, note that we charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation in 3-7 days before your arrival, cancellation fee is the price of the first night. If you cancel your reservation in 3 days before your arrival, cancellation fee is the whole price of your reservation. For a valid cancellation the person making the reservation has to send a written message to us.
changes made by us
If a natural disaster, war, civil war, riot etc. occurs which makes it impossible to rent the apartments, we reserve the right to cancel any booking without refund.
liability
We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees and suppliers except where they lead to death or personal injury. Please note that we accept no liability for accidents or misadventure if any of your group were under the effect of alcohol or drugs at that time when the accident happened. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of the price of your booking. Please note that we hold every right to terminate, without notice, your stay under threat of vandalism, violence or any other behavior deemed inappropriate by us. We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused by your group. In this case you have to pay the caused damage immediately by cash or credit card.
law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Hungarian Law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság.
